Send Off & Prize Giving Ceremony

SEND OFF & PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY - UNIQUE WAY OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Traditionally, parents, in India, arrange special puja or special prayer for the welfare of their ward on the eve school leaving examination as it is the first step of education in their life, so that he/she keeps well during the examination and does well in the same.

In order to encourage and motivate the students to do their best in their study, UDDIPAN EDUCATIONAL TRUST (UET) organises a send-off ceremony on the eve of before their Madhyamik examination every year.

Students, teachers, Trustee members and well-wishers attend this send off ceremony to encourage and bless the students taking the examination.

Activities in the send off ceremony:

Students are given last moment tips for scoring better marks
Students are given token gift in the form of book,pen,pencil,calculators etc
Trustees declare incentives and prizes for obtaining subject wise marks
Trustees also declare prizes for the best among the students
all students are offered sumptuous meals at the end of the programme to offer them a festive mood
PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY:

EVERY YEAR STUDENTS ARE GIVEN PRIZES DURING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

STUDENTS HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOLLOWING AMOUNTS AS PRIZE (books and study accessories are given in lieu of money) FOR ACHIEVING ABOVE 90% MARKS AND ABOVE 80% IN EACH SUBJECT
